Blogging from the dorms!

Today I finally moved in to the dorms in SJ. The dorm is gladly bigger than the one from orientation. It's kinda awkward... I don't know if I'll adjust. Anyway, we got here earlier than my reservation time, so I was going to go get my ID at the Bursar's Office. After walking in the heat, we found out the Office was closed on weekends /dies. We were waiting to cross the street when this truck was going by, honked, & the driver was excitedly waving to us. It was kinda weird LOL. His passenger was kinda laughing at him haha. I was sweating bc I was carrying my backpack of Macbook + tablet. We rested in the shade. Then we walked to get boba drinks at Amor Café & Tea. After cooling down, we walked back to the car bc it was time to move-in.
We were a total mess, not knowing what to do. Jim kept going out to ask people for stuff. Finally found a place to park & Jim got a parking permit so we unloaded the stuff. Amazingly, I didn't bring a lot of stuff, compared to other people. And we brought all my stuff up to the 12th floor at once. LeAnn & Bea already moved in. LeAnn's family were there and it was kinda awkward unpacking... they were all just sitting on her bead, literally staring at us. While putting on the bedsheet, I found out I forgot a pillow LOL oh wells xD After somewhat cleaning up & finishing unpacking, we hurried out to buy something to eat. Seriously, things are expensive /cries. We got a quesadilla & wrap of sorts, bought 2 canned brisks, & made our way to SF to meet up w/ Qi Alin Tong & Nancy for badminton, when Tong called to ask us to buy drinks. So we made a stop at Target to get them. Finally, we made it to Bintang badminton. It was so hot and musty inside. Qi came & paid for us. Then me & Jim went to get changed (that's when I knew it came ToT luckily it was light).
We played for 1-2 hrs I guess? I'm sooooo rusty! I couldn't serve, I couldn't hit the birdie LOL it was so embarrassing gosh. Finally, it picked up again. Played a doubles game against Jim & Qi w/ Nancy. That went bad ahaha. I felt so lame xD Then we got off the court for the next game. I was sweating already from one game. Jen & Jo went to another court to play. Then I hit w/ Jobee until Tong called me over. We played mixed doubles against Alin & Jim. I like playing mixed doubles w/ hyung hehe. Gosh, but when I make mistakes... > >
We split. After we finished the game, resulting in Jim & Alin winning, we went to San Mateo to eat Korean food at Gangnam Chicken. They looked like they wanted to go home to sleep, but they still insisted to go eat. I swear, that place is so expensive... not that the food wasn't good but it wasn't all that good. Our waitress had really good memory though o.o it's kinda freaky LOL I was probably on a mood swing bc I wasn't feeling like eating plus I was just... "blank"? I guess. We finished and they were like, what should do I. I was like, I have to go (since I was making Bea & LeAnn wait for me...) so we were like okay we going home. But we made a stop at Walgreens so I can buy cups & they were buying energy drinks of sorts for the late ride home. Finally we all went our separate ways. All 4 of our phones were dying >x< I was texting Bea, & they said they were waiting for me to shower. Found out they went to Pizza My Heart w/ Josue, so I was like good. --when Bea doesn't text me back, I get worried. Like, I don't know if she got my message or if my phone is messing up & not receiving her reply-- So we drove from San Mateo back to San Jose.
Finally getting there, we went to my building. I didn't know that I had to use my access card. I stood in front of the automated doors & they didn't open. Jen told me to use my access card. There were 2 dudes who were coming up the stairs. I hurriedly used my card. I saw one of them was about to take out his. They let us in first, then I had to use my card to access the elevator. All 4 of us, plus the 2 dudes, got into the elevator. It was awkward. More awk was that they were floor 11 while we were 12. You know how long that silence was? LOL. They were laughing at my stupidity LOL embarrassing pfft. They seemed cool though.
Got into the room. Stupid key took forever to open > > I was kinda fidgety. Then they had to leave me. It's kinda scary ToT makes me want to cry~ I haven't really been away from home by myself. I think I'm homesick already. I already can't wait for an apartment. I don't know, I guess I can't stand dorm life no matter how fun it is or could be. *sigh* we'll see I guess. I was okay when they were leaving. Ah, then I went to shower. Something embarrassing happened but we'll leave it at that. Bea showed me to the girls' bathroom. She & LeAnn decided to shower in the morning & it was good for me bc I can shower alone (since it's that time ya know. and I still haven't figured out how to handle it during dorm life ugh) And then this other girl came in to shower while I was showering. She talked to me a bit. It was okay, phew.
Err, Bea & LeAnn were in bed, but I really needed to blog after having no wifi for 2 days & only relying on phone data (which sucks). So that's why I'm on here now, at 1:20 in the morning. LeAnn is sleeping already & Bea is up on her bed watching vids. I'm guessing no alarms tomorrow; we're all late risers hehe. uh ohs xD John was texting me but then I had to shower. When I came back, he had stopped texting me, whoops, someone went to sleep haha. Then I was kakaoing Jo & them, seeing if they're home yet & Jo tells me the car charger doesn't work. Phones are dead. On top of that, they got lost! Aiyah! Well at least they finally got home. My eyes really hurt right now. I was sore walking to Gangnam Chicken; I haven't worked out at all over the summer. I'm definitely gonna be sore tomorrow. My left arm was sore too, even though I didn't use it. Maybe my shot was hurt...
Ugh, I still can't deal w/ 'that time of month' & dorm life. I told Bea, so it's a little less awk. I talk to Bea more than w/ LeAnn to be honest... I told Bea how paranoid I am. To be honest, when it's here, I feel safer to sleep when I'm sleeping on something ie. this one dress that nobody wears anymore, that way it won't stain the bed, if, you know. Not that it ever happened, but I can't help being paranoid. Now you see why I need my own room etc? But I kinda can't here, you know what I mean? Also, I'm probably just gonna shower in the single bathroom one... Dude I'm stressing out on dorm life already... esp. about all the embarrassing stuff >x< which I shouldn't... but ugh! Anyway I'll try to sleep now I guess... it's not too hot in the room. Still paranoid; I wanna cry ToT

Oh yeah, so since we had no wifi for 2 days, I couldn't blog. Anyway, I had gone out on Thur, I think, to the mall with the others. Jessie drove us to places, & we be paranoid haha jkay. Since I've already written a long post, I won't summarize that day. But we bumped into Junior at the mall. Me & Steph cheerily said hi but there was this cold atmosphere hovering then. He didn't cheerily greet us like he usually would... like we were strangers, though he acknowledged us > > We also ate & ended our date at Bon Mange.
On Fri, when I was late night packing, I suddenly got a call from Deilys, which surprised me. At first I thought he butt-dialed or something, but it rang longer, so I picked up. He wanted me to go bowling w/ them bc they didn't have enough people. Er, Junior was being a bit high in the background LOL. but I couldn't go, & since there weren't enough people bowling anyway, Ben (I guess Duren?) didn't want to join them anymore. I felt like I ruined their hangout, but I really couldn't go.

Sometimes I wonder how people see me and what they think of me. It scares me a bit, honestly. I am sure though, that what they think of me,
what they think my life is, is a complete misperception. I have always tried to show myself as a carefree person, as someone who wont get bothered
because of public judgements. I am sure my friend and family think there is nothing going wrong in my life, that I do not worry enough, that
I am always happy. And I am sure they probably somewhat hate me for it because, lets admit it, there is nothing worse than seeing someone
whose life seems so perfect while yours is a complete mess. Truth is, I have become an expert at pretending. I think we are all experts
or at least we are getting there.
