I finally get a response to interview for a Summer internship, instead of the job position I applied for. (Plus, not actually in the kind of studio I expected myself to be in, but it's better than nothing. I was excited! That's the right reaction, right? Sure they said one thing that was like, uh... whut. But maybe they didn't mean it that way. So I email them back saying when I was available. I hear nothing back for almost a week. Then they tell me they scheduled the interview. On a day I never said I was available for. And constantly mentioning what a liability interns are. Oh, but no worries! We love your work :D I literally have no idea how to feel. Like, what is this psychological manipulation? I thought it was just me, so I ask my sisters. I ask this animation community I'm in. I ask my friends. And they all they say the same thing: they sound so disrespectful. They sound like YOU should be grateful you were even given this chance. Sure. I agree. But the experience, right? It's better than nothing. Initially, I really considering turning this down. But then, my mom called and told me to just do it. Who cares if they're rude; you need the experience. I don't know how to explain it, but it felt like a "model minority" thing. Just bow your head, y'know? Anyway, I guess I'll accept the interview. Who knows, I might not even make it LOL And I don't know why, I feel like he'll flake LOL just a feeling. I'ma laugh when I join the meeting, and he never shows. PFT. This whole ordeal was stressing me out because I couldn't decide what to do. But sometimes, you just gotta rip the bandage off.

we live under the same sky
“To put away aimlessness and weakness, and to begin to think with purpose, is to enter the ranks of those strong ones who only recognize failure as one of the pathways to attainment; who make all conditions serve them, and who think strongly, attempt fearlessly, and accomplish masterfully.”
- James Allen Quotes
Sometimes I wonder how people see me and what they think of me. It scares me a bit, honestly. I am sure though, that what they think of me,
what they think my life is, is a complete misperception. I have always tried to show myself as a carefree person, as someone who wont get bothered
because of public judgements. I am sure my friend and family think there is nothing going wrong in my life, that I do not worry enough, that
I am always happy. And I am sure they probably somewhat hate me for it because, lets admit it, there is nothing worse than seeing someone
whose life seems so perfect while yours is a complete mess. Truth is, I have become an expert at pretending. I think we are all experts
or at least we are getting there.
I kept the image on the left bc it was kawaii-ne~ & this above bc I really liked what the creator wrote ^^
