Ah, so I didn't update yesterday. I don't even know what happened... my ENVS class was okay, the team was easy to talk to; Leti was really nice ^^ I'm probably the youngest there :p
Then I went back to dorms to finish my Negative Space drawing, which came out really nice :D I had fun w/ it. I can't believe I finished it really fast though~
After a bit, I went to class. Drew a naked female model. It was awk... we were in a circle around the stage. During critique for the Negative Space, Angela said mine was good, that it was what she was looking for. Phew~ I did well ^^
After class, I walked back to dorms, dropped off my stuff, then went to the Student Union Theatre for the Shrunken Headman Club meeting. It was so fun! So cool~ we did this weird clap thing xD We watched a film about the club; went over some info; We also watched the award-winning film that our professors & other students created. It was so nice~ Everyone was so into it :3
After the meeting, I had to rush back to Bea bc I thought she wanted to go to the football game; my phone was almost out of battery. I called her & asked her; she sounded so drowsy. She was kind of out of it today. Well, she said she didn't want to go anymore. Instead we went out to Quickly, then ate at the DC. We got back to the dorms & watched "Babadook" omg I was so paranoid/freaked out. We were on my bed. Someone kinda knocked on our door & this was before any scary thing happened, like in the beginning. Not sure, but it was probably John being drunk. We thought we heard Wing's voice. Anyway, continue the movie. I got scared a few times, but the movie kept freezing. We were almost done w/ the movie when LeAnn came back. The key & lock were loud which scared me, even though I knew it was LeAnn, I couldn't help but be scared.
Alena commissioned me so I was working on it. I managed to finish the sketch & have it lined. Since today was the football game, a lot of people were getting drunk. I wanted to shower but some not-very-sober people were sitting in the hallway. I opened the door, peeked out, & they just turned at looked at me all woozy. Travis' eyes were kinda red o.o I quickly closed the door. Not until around 3 did they leave to wherever. Finally went to shower but Bea had to bring up the Babadook > <
Anyway, after shower I continued lining the drawing; slept at 4.

Which brings us to today (9/4). Slept in a bit. I woke up around 10, went back to sleep, and woke up around 12. Finally got up. Dario came in for a bit, chatted about stuff, then he said he was gnna get food & if we wanted anything. He & LeAnn went to Panda Express to get food. Me & Bea, waiting for the restroom, worked on our chalk wall~ I finished, brushed my teeth, & they came back. Someone took the restroom before Bea could shower. They came back & we ate food~ Dario was summarizing the musical "Heather" for us. I felt bad that we weren't talking as much, but I was really listening. The musical was dark humor. Though he showed us some of the songs, but we got the Candy Store song stuck in our head xD I liked the lesson of the story I guess. After like 2-ish hours, I finally brought myself to go do a my geography hw, ie. getting out into the field & finding the locations. I sat down & across a tomboy/dude was feeding the squirrels. They were so cute~ s/he saw me & we just smiled. After a while, some dude came up & asked if I wanted to learn about God/Bible. Awkwardly had to say no. It was really nice just sitting in the shade & observing what's around me.
Then I finally went back to the dorms (I couldn't figure out the last location). I borrowed a vacuum cleaner. I had my textbook so it looked like I was going to have trouble pulling the vacuum cleaner into the elevator. This dude offered to help but I got it (the same dude from "Lightrail" post, who got off at 8 xD) After dropping stuff off, I headed out to my A/I mandatory meeting, but first, I dropped by the espresso "booth" in the DC for coffee. I was going back into the elevator, thinking how funny it'd be if I saw him again. At first, I didn't think it was going to be that coincidental, but the elevator stopped at 8... and he "slipped" in xD I found it so funny I had to say hi again. We talked a bit, over his friends for a while. Kinda awk, he's just a nice, smiley person~
I got a caramel latte, cold; and the barista grabbed a cup & was about to write on it when he noticed it was the bigger size. Apparently they ordered the wrong size. He compared them, then grabbed the bigger cup & said "don't tell anyone." I had to smile; & said okay. So, I luckily got a larger cup of coffee :D
I finished it before I even got to the auditorium for the meeting. I met Camila near the entrance. We went in together; I paid my membership fee & bought a badass shirt for $20 (I'm pretty sure it was $15 but I didn't get change & I didn't want to ask grrr I guess it's just donation). I should've gotten the keychain & buttons ToT
Anyway we got seats in the middle. Once again, this meeting was hella fun. Our professors/directors were really funny. We took a few notes on important dates. Woot! Well-known animators & companies are coming to visit & give us a talk. They really planned things 'til the end of the semester. Sounds really awesome so far! Everyone's really nice & just so into the program/major/club ^^
We watched a program reel, which was a bit of many animations students made compiled together ie. trailer-ish. Then we had an alumnus who just graduated last May, come talk to us about his new animation he directed, for about a year and a half (or just a year). About 117+ students sitting in the auditorium worked on it. Two weeks ago, they finished it. So we got to see a special screening of it~ It was awesome! We all stood up clapping for a long time~
Anyway it was just really awesome & feeling the love for the school/major/program/club; now I just gotta make it through.
I was on my way walking back to the dorm when I got a call from 408. It was the RA on Duty. He was saying that I checked the vacuum cleaner out too long. Whoops! I called Bea & told her to bring it down asap. He was really nice about it & after we turned it in, me & Bea got dinner. Not long after we got back into the dorms, Jim called to say they were here so we were hurrying to pack. It's such a hassle to bring everything home :p
Anyway, I talked the whole time in the car haha so no sleep xD

Sometimes I wonder how people see me and what they think of me. It scares me a bit, honestly. I am sure though, that what they think of me,
what they think my life is, is a complete misperception. I have always tried to show myself as a carefree person, as someone who wont get bothered
because of public judgements. I am sure my friend and family think there is nothing going wrong in my life, that I do not worry enough, that
I am always happy. And I am sure they probably somewhat hate me for it because, lets admit it, there is nothing worse than seeing someone
whose life seems so perfect while yours is a complete mess. Truth is, I have become an expert at pretending. I think we are all experts
or at least we are getting there.
